Don’t forget to stretch before and after your workout. If joint pain or stiffness occurs when you stretch, apply moist heat on the affected area to ease the sensation. Remember, stretching exercises should make you feel good, so always try to keep them gentle.

Always find time to rest. Pick a day for downtime. Also, during exercises, rest as often as you need to avoid putting a lot of strain on your affected joints.
